Shamir’s diverse real estate background gives him many resources to draw from while advising clients of their real estate options. Before becoming the go-to Real Estate Broker he is today, he made his mark at several respected real estate companies, notably at CLV Group / InterRent REIT (one of Canada’s largest Multi-Residential owners / managers), where his tireless work ethic and business acumen quickly elevated him to the youngest Director of Acquisitions in the company's history. Within his first four years, he played a key role in nearly $350 million worth of real estate deals. His passion for excellence didn't stop there; as a Realtor, he's been recognized as Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams, a Re/Max Top Rising Star under 35, and has even been inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame, culminating with the Re/Max Lifetime Achievement Award.

After graduating from Ashbury College in Ottawa, Shamir advanced to the University of Western where he secured a Business Management degree. where he honed his skills with a degree in Business Management. Driven by an innate passion for Real Estate, he then pursued and attained an Honours degree in Housing and Real Estate from the University of Guelph, the only program of it's kind in Ontario. This rigorous academic journey equipped him with a deep, multifaceted understanding of the real estate world.

With a keen interest in sports and community engagement, Shamir effectively juggles these with his professional responsibilities. As a dedicated basketball player, he values the game for its focus on teamwork and continual personal development. His times at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club are less about mastering the perfect swing and more about embracing the sport's challenges and the camaraderie it brings. Beyond real estate, his involvement with the Ashbury College’s Alumni Executive Committee and his presidency of the Capital Club highlight his dedication to forging meaningful connections, blending his professional pursuits with personal passions.
